Accommodation and golf packages listed below may only be booked via this website.

Single occupancy bed & breakfast @ £85 plus VAT

Double occupancy bed & breakfast @ £125.00 plus VAT

1. The package prices quoted exclude VAT at the prevailing rate.

2. Entry package VAT invoices will be sent promptly and must be paid within 30 days. Failure to pay an invoice promptly will result in forfeiture of that entry and it may be offered to another team.

3. Credit card payment can be made by telephone (call free – 08000 183669) between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or via PayPal (payment to sales@clarion.golf).

4. All proceeds from the event are donated to the nominated charity.

5. Please complete all details of team members during registration.

6. Amendments or additions to team details should be sent by email to events@clarion.golf.

7. We will handle your personal information to help us to organise the event and in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. We will also share your personal information with our event management team at Clarion Golf Management & Marketing Ltd.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we are committed to pre-pay for golf and accommodation and therefore a strict cancellation policy must be enforced.

Cancellation of any activity by the registered participant 30 days or less before the event will be charged in full.

Should more than a 30 day notice be given a cancellation charge of 50% will apply.
